French Chateau Inspired wedding in Dubrovnik
Every time we have the opportunity to be a wedding photographer in Dubrovnik is a special experience. We just love that city and everything that happens in it over the summer. Crowd, noise, life in its full potential and most importantly most beautiful weddings we have the opportunity to work on. That is why we are happy every time future clients send us an inquiry for a destination wedding in Dubrovnik. When Yoko and Chris organized the wedding, it was definitely one of the hottest days in Croatia, but in the end, we forgot all about it out of excitement. The two of them are certainly one of the more interesting couples we have worked with. Together with families from Scotland and Russia, they arrived from Belgium, where they now live, and actually met on Russia’s largest island, Sakhalin. So how come they chose Croatia and Dubrovnik for their wedding? They answered us: simply, we had never visited Croatia before, it was always on our bucket list and now it was an ideal opportunity. To get married in Croatia. The wedding took place in the most beautiful Dubrovnik palace, Sponza, and the inspiration for the decoration was a palette of flowers from French castles. Certainly, the result was beautiful elegance, purity of form and effortless harmony. After the ceremony in the palace, we enjoyed a private boat ride around the walls of Dubrovnik with our clients. The boat took us to the hotel terrace where they danced long into the night surrounded by their families and closest friends. We can’t wait to get back to this beautiful location again. If you are planning your wedding in Dubrovnik, feel free to write us about your ideas. We would love to hear from you.
